The Yuasa 12N14-3A is a conventional 12-volt battery designed for older applications such as motorcycles and riding mowers. Featuring Yumicron CX lead/calcium technology, it provides 5% to 8% more cranking power than standard high-output Yumicron batteries. The battery includes special thin separators that allow for two extra plates per cell, delivering a 30% improvement in cranking performance. Engineered for durability, it is designed to resist corrosion, withstand vibration, and deliver high starting power. The polypropylene cover is resistant to gas, oil, and impacts, while the heat-sealed construction helps prevent seepage. Sealed posts further enhance corrosion resistance for a longer lifespan. This battery is shipped dry and requires the separate purchase of an acid pack for activation. It comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
