The Kibblewhite Precision Guide Exhaust +0.002 is a high-performance valve guide designed to optimize airflow and ensure durability in demanding conditions. Its streamlined profile minimizes obstructions in the airstream, while maintaining critical thickness in high-temperature areas for enhanced performance and longevity. The guide design often improves airflow without requiring additional modifications. Engineered for precision, the guide features tight concentricity tolerances, ensuring superior geometry between the valve seat and guide, which reduces seat material removal and maintains consistent chamber volumes during valve jobs. Installation is simplified with features like a flange or reduced diameter marking to set the correct guide protrusion without repeated measurements. This guide is made from premium materials, including C630 Racing Bronze and C67410 Manganese Bronze. The C630 Racing Bronze contains 80% copper, 5% nickel, and 10% aluminum, offering excellent thermal conductivity, resistance to galling, and compatibility with aluminum cylinder heads. The Manganese Bronze option, with 60% copper, delivers good thermal conductivity and anti-galling properties, making it a cost-effective choice for engine builders. Both materials are resistant to wear, corrosion, and the effects of modern high-performance fuels. The design incorporates a radius at the transition to prevent galling during installation and ensures a superior valve-to-seat seal with improved oil control. Each kit includes two valve guides.
