Description

The Kibblewhite exhaust valve for the CRF450R/X is a high-performance replacement valve designed for durability and efficiency. It is CNC-machined from a single forging of either EV8 stainless steel or Inconel-751, both known for their heat and corrosion resistance. The valve features a hard chrome finish applied using a 360-degree anode process, ensuring a high-quality, wear-resistant surface. The Black Diamond series valves are made from one-piece stainless steel with a Stellite tip and are treated with a special German impregnation process to improve wear resistance and reduce friction. This treatment offers superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to hard chromium or electrolysis nickel plating. White Diamond valves are fully CNC-machined, lightweight, and designed for optimal flow characteristics. Each valve undergoes Finite Element Analysis and computerized flow bench testing to ensure high performance. Sold individually.
