Description

Upgrade your Polaris Ranger or RZR Crew XP with the Demon Heavy-Duty Rear Axle for either left or right rear placement. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding even under extreme suspension travel. Built with dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts and precision CNC machining, it boasts a 10% – 15% increase in CV joint size and a 15% – 20% larger diameter compared to standard axles. The TPEE boots are packed with high-load molybdenum grease, and the inner cage uses tough 4340 chromoly for long-lasting durability.

Note: Not compatible with ’16 Ranger 900 High Lifter Edition, ’10 Ranger 500 EFI, ’18 – ’20 Ranger 570XP Full Size/Crew, ’19 Ranger 900 XP, ’17 Sportsman ACE 900 EPS XC or ’20 Ranger 1000 Crew XP PS models.
