Description

The BDL 8mm 1-1/2″ Closed Primary Belt Drive is a direct bolt-in system designed for electric start models. It includes a front pulley, belt, clutch hub, clutch basket, and an aramid clutch set consisting of two half plates, four full plates, and five steel drive plates. The system features a Quiet Clutch design and a precision-machined, polished aluminum pressure plate with nine springs and shoulder bolts for even pressure distribution. The rear pulley incorporates a 40mm double-row bearing and a stress-proof steel clutch hub for added durability. The Kevlar-reinforced belt and clutch plates ensure reliable performance. This system eliminates the need for extensive grinding on the inner primary. Not compatible with offset primaries.
